Hello from beautiful Rishikesh ❤️

It has taken a few days to get acclimated to the 10 1/2 hour time change regulating sleep, and such. 🙏🏼

As a ventured off to this trip, I promised myself I would not be tied to my devices. But, I do want to bring you along for this beautiful adventure. I will posting and highlighting different yoga halls, nature and whatever else 😊

I have the most wonderful humans in my life. ❤️

Kelly Wampler and Samantha Baldwin will be keeping the the juice flowing Nourish By Haseya while I am away.

I feel so supported on this journey that may think it looks very unconventional to some. 🙃
But, let me say…it’s a beautiful journey 🥰

While there, she'll be offering LIVE online yoga classes so we can stay connected and share the spirit of Rishikesh together.
