Students attending Good Shepherd Christian Academy , Greensburg Community Schools , North Decatur Jr-Sr High School , South Decatur Jr-Sr High School , or St. Mary's School are invited to join us on either May 6 or May 12 to get their $20 Sports Physical at Tree City Medical Partners.

DCMH proudly donates 100% of the proceeds directly back to each school’s athletic program as our way of supporting the students, coaches, and teams who inspire our community.
