Meet Lee, our success story. He has struggled with medical issues for the past few years that has limited his abilities to perform daily tasks. After having a recent surgery Lee chose Westmoreland Manor for his place to recover. At the time of admission, he was very weak and deconditioned which affected his overall ability to be able to care for himself. Lee was very motivated and determined to get back home with his wife. After 2 weeks of hard work in therapy Lee was able to progress from requiring a mechanical lift to get out of bed to being able to transfer with supervision and walker with a walker and stand by assist. Because of his hard work and help of the Advantage Care Rehab staff Lee is very happy to be able to return back home to even beyond his prior level of function with his wife and family support.
