Motherhood shifted the way I move my body.
There was a time when “success” in the gym meant pushing harder…
lifting heavier…
sweating more…
chasing progress.
Now, success looks like:
🌿 listening to my body
🌿 moving gently instead of forcing
🌿 staying present instead of pushing
🌿 letting healing be slow — and sacred
This season isn’t about “getting back” to who I was before.
It’s about becoming more grounded, more intuitive, more connected to my body even when that means moving slower than I used to.
