🌿 The Perfect Way to Lose Weight Without Feeling Famished
Since having baby Ariel just 27 days ago, I’ve released 16 pounds — and the best part?
I’ve done it without restriction, stress, or sacrificing my milk supply. 💛
As a holistic wellness coach, I see so many women (especially business owners and moms) struggling with fatigue, burnout, and skipping meals all day — only to eat most of their calories right before bed.
I’ve been there too.
If you’ve ever felt like you “should have it all together” — the business, the body, the energy, the family — but end every day drained, doubting yourself, and reaching for something to take the edge off… I see you.
I used to think I was doing fine.
I’d go all day barely eating, trying to keep up with work, clients, laundry, life — until I’d crash at night and overeat out of exhaustion.
Then I’d lie in bed with a full belly grin yet again eating everything in the cupboards and a heavy heart, replaying the same thoughts over and over:
" I should know better.”
“How am I supposed to show up like this?”
“I help other people heal — why can’t I fix myself?”
I called it “being busy,” but it was really burnout disguised as productivity.
I wasn’t just hungry for food — I was starving for peace, energy, and clarity.
The next morning I’d wake up bloated, puffy, and ashamed… already behind before the day even began.
And what did I think about first?
Cookies. Sugar. Something to make me feel okay again — even just for a minute.
That cycle ruled me for years. The guilt, the “I’ll start over Monday,” the pretending to be okay.
It’s exhausting — especially when you’re the strong one, the one everyone looks to for advice, the one who’s supposed to have it together.
But here’s what I want you to know — there’s a softer way.
You don’t have to hustle yourself into health.
You don’t have to starve to feel in control.
And you don’t have to carry this shame alone.
If this feels a little too close to home, I want you to know — It doesn't have to stay that way
