Motherhood shifted the way I move my body.

There was a time when “success” in the gym meant pushing harder…
lifting heavier…
sweating more…
chasing progress.

Now, success looks like:

🌿 listening to my body
🌿 moving gently instead of forcing
🌿 staying present instead of pushing
🌿 letting healing be slow — and sacred

This season isn’t about “getting back” to who I was before.
It’s about becoming more grounded, more intuitive, more connected to my body even when that means moving slower than I used to.

And honestly… this version of strength feels much deeper. 💛

To every woman in a slow season
You are not behind. You are not losing progress. You are rebuilding safety in your body.
One breath… one stretch… one quiet moment at a time. 🌿

What surprises me most about this year is that my body doesn’t look stronger…
and yet life feels safer

At the beginning of 2025 I was in “push mode” — hustling, over-giving, trying to keep up, trying to be everything for everyone.
Now — the year is closing with slower mornings, gentler movement, deeper presence, and a nervous system that doesn’t feel like it’s fighting for oxygen anymore.
This season hasn’t been about looking fitter, tighter, or more “put together.”
It’s been about:
✨ mothering my body instead of judging it
✨ letting healing move at the speed of safety
✨ choosing nourishment instead of urgency
✨ redefining what progress actually means

Growth doesn’t always show up as abs, hustle, or glowing highlight reels.

Sometimes it looks like slow yoga in your bedroom
a baby swinging beside you
and a deeper peace in your bones
than you’ve ever known before.
This is my kind of transformation in 2025
And if you’re in a slow season too —

Not because I trained harder…

This is one of those real-life moments that reminds me why I do this work.

One of the biggest lies I believed when I went full-time into healing work was this:

👉 “Taking time to eat well will take too much time.”

When I started doing Reiki full-time, I quickly realized that energy wasn’t optional it was required.

Marketing, money decisions, boundaries, confidence, and mental health all depended on how supported my body was.
I had already:
• read the books
• hired help (but cherry-picked advice)
• tried supplements
• avoided asking for real support

And I was exhausted.

What finally changed everything wasn’t a special diet it was learning basic nourishment and structure and being held accountable long enough for my nervous system to calm down around food.

Here’s the reframe I wish I had sooner:

✨ Eating in a way that supports your energy actually saves time.

Because:
• you’re not overwhelmed around food
• you’re not anxious about events or eating out
• you’re not constantly second-guessing yourself
• you’re not relying on caffeine or willpower
• you’re not spending money on quick fixes that don’t work

Most women I work with aren’t lazy or unmotivated.

They’re undernourished, overstimulated, and trying to function without enough support.
When the body feels resourced, confidence follows.

When confidence follows, everything else gets easier.

That’s not truth that’s familiarity talking.
