Ideal candidates will have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working with children with behavioral or emotional needs
• The ability to work independently, manage sessions confidently, and follow treatment plans
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members
• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach to behavior support
• Willingness to learn and apply evidence-based strategies

This is a part-time independent contractor position offering an excellent hourly wage. Ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact with children and families.
