Miss Carla gives her all everyday, not out of obligation but out of love. It is seen, heard and felt by all who are blessed to know her.
She lives by and for our God and exalts Him in everything she does.
She sets the standard for Hospice care and ensures each member of our team does the same 💪🏽

🌸 Survivor Spotlight 🌸

Today, we honor Ms. Diatrise Self, a breast cancer survivor whose journey reflects courage, resilience, and hope. 💗

Mrs. Diatrise Self, a gift from God, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000. During her diagnosis and treatment, her faith never waivered. Mrs. Self isn't just a survivor, but a wife, mother, grandma and bonus mom to many. The embracing love she gives is felt throughout her community by showing compassion, grace, strength and resilience. She donates her time and hot meals to warm our souls and our bodies. Called Mrs. Dee by some, but she's the glue that holds her family together. Mrs. Self encourages anyone to believe that God has all power in His hand and to never lose faith.💖

This Survivor Spotlight is shared in loving memory of Patricia Ann Cooper Schaffer, whose strength and legacy continue to inspire our community. 🌷
