📱🎓 New Episode: The Pressure Teens Are Under

Teens today aren’t just dealing with school stress. They’re navigating nonstop connectivity, social media comparison, academic pressure, and constant exposure to global events.

In this week’s Just Say Something Podcast, Phil Clark talks about how pressure has changed for this generation and why understanding it is the first step toward reducing it. Teens don’t need adults who minimize their stress. They need adults who listen, validate, and show up.

🎉 Episode 100! 🎉

We just released Episode 100 of the Just Say Something Podcast, and this one is special. In this milestone episode, Phil Clark reflects on what prevention really looks like and why it isn’t one big conversation, but thousands of small, everyday moments that build trust, connection, and safety for kids and families.

The setting of the podcast is a little different for this episode. Phil had to record during the ice storm when the office was closed 🙂

Thank you for listening, sharing, and being part of this journey. Every conversation matters, and we’re just getting started.
