Are you considering exploring therapy this year? Helping adults recognize, identify, and process the past pain embedded in their current experiences is what I do best. Most of my clients are adults aged 35-65 who are coping with the impact of trauma and need somatic therapy intervention. Specifically, I am well-suited to support the following types of individuals:

We've been talking about reflecting on last year and setting realistic goals for this year. But it's also important to celebrate wins whenever we can! Here are some suggestions that you could use to celebrate yourself and any accomplishments.

🌲 Do something you enjoy like go on a hike or go shopping.
🥰 Share your gratitude with someone who understands your effort.
📖 Journal the things you are grateful for in this achievement.
🍝 Plan dinner or an outing with someone special and share with them.
🤝 Thank all of the people who may have helped you accomplish your goal.

By healing from the past and learning how to trust your own judgement and abilities, you can achieve the emotional stability necessary for restoring hope and transforming your pain into purpose.

At Hope Restored, a trauma intensive for women, we'll practice healing in community. Group therapy and other activities can be a helpful addition to individual sessions. Group sessions focus on building safety, self-compassion, and connection. Sometimes, the push we need to move toward healing is to simply understand that we are not alone.
