Update for this weekend:

Guys some VERY sad news. Unfortunately, this event being hosted this Sunday is being cancelled. I will be reaching out to all guests tomorrow for next steps but two options...

1) I'm happy to refund your reservation to the same method paid
2) I can shift your reservation to the "Bud to Bloom" Spring sound session being hosted March 15th at 6 PM
3) You can hold your reservation for a paid spot at any upcoming Sound experience within one calendar year (hosted monthly)

I'm so sorry about this, and super bummed to not be sharing space with all of you this weekend but I can tell you the March event will be POWERFUL... Heart and Sacral focus, cusp of Spring, a week before my birthday, Aries energies coming in, and on the heels of a New Moon.

Fun, Fitness, and Self Defense is how it's described and no matter what age or ability, it's certainly something you might want to try! Stimulating for both the mind and body, what better way to be active this year by trying something new! We are so excited to have John and Trish bring their Irish Stick Practice here to our Studio Space!

Pilates is available weekly, as is yoga classes taught by Jess on Wednesdays and Jen on Fridays.

This February we're bringing something new to our Center For Wellness!!

We can't wait to share more about this new class offering for a worldwide group that is growing strong and has a following right here in the Catskill Valley. You can join this class to learn a new skill that is fun, fitness, and self defense all combined.

we are canceling this Sundays Restoratove Sound Bath and rescheduling to 2/1!

We will be contacting those who signed up and will reschedule and or make refunds as needed!

Stay safe and warm this weekend!

Friends due to the incoming weather we have made the decision to reschedule this Sunday's Sound Healing Restorative Sound Bath in an abundance of caution.

We will be moving this to next Sunday, 2/1, 5 PM at Catskill Valley Chiropractic: A Center For Wellness

January Calendar is here!!! Winter is upon us and its a great time to slow down and spend time nurturing your needs, especially after a busy holiday season! Let me say, we have something for you!

I want to highlight some super restorative events - New Moon Balance and Bloom sound bath on Sunday 1/18. Reserve your spot

Kate is also joining Jess for a restorative yoga / sound healing fusion class you definitely dont want to miss!

Pilates classes are going strong and everyone who has been attending consistently and using their Unlimited class passes have been feeling the difference!! Join in on a class and feel it too!

Yes, prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care can look this cozy!! Heidi was my homebirth midwife and her care was excellent! Her new office space encapsulates her entire approach which is family centered and person centered care that is research driven with informed consent each step along the way.
