Please help us out!!! We are looking to add a new Tuesday class with Trainer Melissa who has tons of experience teaching all sorts of group fitness classes!

What the heck is PiYo?! So PiYo is a high intensity, low impact class that tests and builds your strength, flexibility and balance. It'll be sure to get your heart rate up! PiYo class is at various paces and each section is routined and perfectly matched to music. You will burn calories but have fun working alongside others!

ZUMBA! Well known zumba classes get your heart rate up with dance movements that leave you sweating and wondering where the time went!

We're looking for input! Is Tuesday a good night for you? If so what time? 4:15, 4:30, 5pm, 5:30, 6?? And what would light your fire?? Piyo or Zumba?

🌏🌱SPECIAL POP-UP🌱🌎

Come join yoga teacher Liz Lauffer for a curated Yoga Flow in honor of Earth Day!! Happening Sunday 4/19 at 11am, this will be an extended session that will emphasize grounding poses and leave plenty of time for a deep relaxing savasana at the end of class.

This class will be offered by Liz on a sliding scale $10-$25 and you can drop in or pre-register online at catskillvalleychiropractic.janeapp.com

A little more about Liz:
Elisabeth (Liz) Lauffer has been practicing yoga for more than twenty years, and in 2024 she completed her 200-hour YTT in hatha yoga at Burlington Yoga in Burlington, Vermont. She has taught hatha flow and gentle/chair yoga classes at Evolution Y (now the Parkinson's Center YMCA) and Greene County YMCA since late 2024. From her earlier work as a ski instructor, Liz has long encouraged students to trust their intuition – or inner teacher – as well as ease fear and release deep-seated narratives about their bodies. Yoga has proven another rich platform for exploring these concepts, as her teaching practice is shaped by hatha principles of balancing body, mind and spirit.

>>>> SOUND BATHS: This amazing healing modality of singing bowls is amplified with the talented Kate from Balance and Bloom. She wears so many hats, yet brings the best to the table when it comes to channeling the healing power of sound. She's also partnering up again with Jess from Soulful Surrender to deliver a Restorative Sound Bath... yoga X Sound Healing... YES PLEASE!!!!

>>>> Yoga Pop-Up: We are having a new pop-up this month!!! Welcoming Yoga Teacher Liz Lauffer to teach a grounding Earth Day Yoga flow. More information to be posted soon, so save the date! This will be a longer class allowing you to deepen your practice and root in to some awesome yoga energy. Perfect perfect perfect for SPRING!

Have you tried Irish Stick Classes yet? John and Trish are super passionate about what they teach and what better time to try something new? As the warmer months roll around I'm sure this practice will be taken outside. A great way to incorporate FUN, FITNESS and SELF-DEFENSE!

A warm welcome to one of our newest practitioners, Jolene Yost, Licensed Massage Therapist!

Jolene has been practicing in Coxsackie with 10+ years of experience and has recently moved her practice within Catskill Valley Chiropractic: A Center For Wellness. She is able to tailor her techniques to your needs and takes care to individualize her work so that your relaxation and comfort is prioritized!

Happy March everyone! If you've never been to one of the classes in The Studio Space at Catskill Valley Chiropractic: A Center for Wellness in Greenville, take this as a sign that you should certainly join us this month!

Take care of yourself with wellness focused classes that all can be modified to your ability level. We also have specific gentle pilates classes and gentle yoga classes for those who might move a little slower.

Our latest addition is Irish Stick classes on Saturday mornings. There won't be a class on the 14th since the group is marching in the Albany St. Patrick's Day Parade! How cool?! This group is dedicated to having fun learning the skill of Irish Stick "Fighting". Perhaps yoga or pilates isn't quite your jam, I would encourage you to try Irish Stick as it reminds me of a martial art but it steeped with Irish history and movements totally unique!

Balance + Bloom hosts a Spring themed sound bath on April 15th, check out Kate's page to book your spot!

And our ever popular Restorative Yoga with Jess is back on the last Sunday.

Jen's casual Friday night Yoga class is growing and if you want to join a laid back group together on Friday's night to Flow into the Weekend, don't miss out!
