Mental and emotional health stability is not to be taken lightly. There’s so many people in this world suffering daily, seeking or needing help but are either too afraid or ashamed to ask or don’t know what to do, so they suffer in silence and wear masks to hide from others out of fear of being judged and/or thought of as crazy, unstable, not good enough or other misconceptions that some people have about mental illness. Please don’t be that kind of person. If you notice something different in a friend, coworker, family member or even a stranger, reach out and sincerely ask “how you doing? are you okay, I got time and I’m a good listener “ . You never know by just asking and showing concern might help someone survive through another day, hour or minute even second to find some encouragement and hope that they’ll be okay and things do get better.
