💚Reality: Reiki is form of hands-on therapy. It is a powerful spiritual practice, open to all.

When emotions like grief, fear, or overwhelm aren’t fully processed, they can settle into the body and affect how different systems functions, such as the nervous system, digestive system, and even sleep patterns.

Energy work like Reiki helps support the body’s natural ability to release stress and restore balance. By calming the nervous system and allowing energy to flow freely, the body can begin to reset and heal on multiple levels.

Can I ask you something?

Do you feel constantly on edge… like your body can’t relax no matter how hard you try?

Tight chest.
Racing thoughts.

Lately I’ve been noticing how many people are carrying stress, emotional weight, and exhaustion. Life has been heavy for so many.

When emotions build up in the body, they can show up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, trouble sleeping, or just feeling “off.”

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps your body relax and release what it’s been holding onto emotionally and physically. When the body relaxes, it can begin to restore balance.

As a Usui Reiki Master, I work with the body’s energy and systems to support emotional release and deep relaxation.

I currently offer:
✨ In-person Reiki sessions
✨ Distance Reiki sessions (energy healing from wherever you are)

Many clients say they feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced after a session.
