What an eventful week at West Village Post Acute! 🎄🎅
We loved celebrating the season with Santa’s special visit and festive unit Christmas parties, where every resident received a gift and plenty of holiday cheer was shared. Our staff added to the fun with dress-up days, and Last Patrol made a meaningful impact by providing gifts to our veterans.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so special for our residents. Your kindness and dedication truly made the holidays brighter! ✨

🌟 Therapy Spotlight at West Village Post Acute 🌟
We are thrilled to celebrate one of our incredible residents! Through dedication and hard work, he successfully completed occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy with remarkable results.
When he began his rehabilitation journey, he faced significant challenges with mobility, daily self-care tasks, and memory recall. Thanks to his persistence, structured therapy, and a strong support team, he not only met his goals—he exceeded them!
