FAVOR connects people seeking recovery to resources that help foster and sustain long-term recovery.

Core Beliefs:
- Addiction recovery is a reality in the lives of millions.

- Recovery gives back what addiction takes away. FAVOR Upstate is made up of individuals, families, and entire communities seeking recovery. We are your neighbor, friend, brother, daughter; we are your boss, your student, your politician, your co-worker; we are those who have struggled with our own addictions; and we are those who have known, loved, cared for, or lived with a person with a substance use disorder. FAVOR Upstate plans to open a recovery community center soon, which will be staffed by recovering people that will link individuals and families to long-term recovery through information and referral, public education, and recovery support services. FAVOR Upstate is a member of the Association of Recovery Community Organizations.

FAVOR Upstate Centers will be opening today on a two hour delay due to the weather and road conditions. Please make sure it is safe to travel to your destination center. The Zoom All Recovery speaker meeting at noon is also an option. Stay warm and safe out there!

***Update*** Family Group at the Spartanburg Center tonight has been cancelled. Please help spread the word.

The FAVOR Upstate Greenville and Spartanburg Centers will open today on a two hour delay. The Pickens Center will have their regularly scheduled All Recovery Meeting this evening at 6:00 pm. The Anderson and Oconee Centers will be closed. Please use caution if you are venturing out, some roads are still very slick. And of course the noon All Recovery Meeting on Zoom will be held. Be safe and stay sober today!

What a great Naloxone Awareness Day event! We gave out nearly 100 boxes of Narcan today which equals LIVES SAVED! Thank you to everyone who stopped by the table and a big thank you to Walmart in Easley for letting us set up today!
