After more than two decades of extraordinary leadership and dedication, we celebrate the retirement of our CEO, Faith Ripley, who helped build Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group from one office, founded alongside Dr. John Nichols in Greenville, SC, into the thriving, six-location practice it is today.

Faith’s vision, integrity, and unwavering commitment have been the backbone of PREG’s success. She has guided and inspired us with her wisdom, grace, and compassion, instilling in each of us the values that define who we are as a team.

Through her leadership and heart for others, Faith has played an instrumental role in helping countless patients grow their families and find hope through their fertility journeys. Her legacy lives on in every life touched by PREG.

Her influence will continue to shape this practice for years to come, and her presence will be deeply missed. We are profoundly grateful for all she has given to PREG and to each of us.
