Power Yoga Plus Power Yoga Plus is a community yoga studio that offers power yoga, vinyasa flow, and Zero G yoga. Yoga is for everyone by practicing at your own pace.

In addition to yoga Personal Training and small group training is also available. Schedule update 02/16/2023

Thursday - Hot mobility Flow Yoga - 9:00 AM with Rhonda

Friday -Hot Yoga Flow - 9:00 AM with Rhonda

Saturday - Hot Yoga Flow 9:00 AM with Rhonda

Sunday - Gentle yoga/deep stretch 9:30am

Classes offered on a Drop-in Basis - $15Yoga $15 Zero G Yoga
Private training available - yoga-weights- stretch - zero gravity
