Come relax and unwind in this guided sound bath at Greenville Yoga! While most of the session is experienced lying down, students are encouraged to allow their bodies to move and change positions in ways that feel most comfortable. Sound vibrations may naturally invite energy to be released through gentle movement.

Due to the rise in cost of insurance and other related expenses, all Lifted Wellness services will have a $5 increase beginning 01/01/2026.

Please feel comfortable and confident communicating with me if this increase places a financial burden on you or prevents you from maintaining your wellness journey with me.

I am opening up two additional appointment times for Wednesday, Nov 26th. 11am and 12:30pm. Both sessions are for 60 minutes.
