This summer, student pharmacist Tri Nguyen completed a rotation at Healthwise Pharmacy in Greenville, NC, under the guidance of preceptor Avery Mooring (‘20 PharmD).

Also pictured are Josh James (‘23 PharmD), Caroline Montgomery (‘25 PharmD, PGY1 Community Resident), and Paige Lloyd (‘17 PharmD, ‘17 MSCR). Healthwise Pharmacy is owned by Campbell alumna Marcie Parker (‘02 PharmD, ‘01 MBA), who leads the pharmacy with a commitment to high-quality care, community support, and innovation in pharmacy services.

Happy 10th Anniversary, Marcie Parker! Exactly ten years ago today, at 1:00 PM, Marcie took the reins as the sole owner of Healthwise Pharmacy. What a decade it's been! Her vision and leadership have propelled us to incredible heights, and we're so proud to celebrate her remarkable achievements.

Marcie's entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there. She's since opened Vital Care locations in Rock Hill, SC; Raleigh, NC; Suffolk, VA; Charleston, SC; and Savannah, GA. And if that wasn't enough, she launched a Management and Nurse Staffing company in 2021! It's clear she's just getting started.

Marcie, thank you for your exceptional guidance and boundless generosity these past ten years. It's been a truly fun and inspiring ride, and we can't wait to witness all the exciting things you'll achieve next!
