Throughout the fall, care teams across South Carolina supported biometric screenings and vaccine drives to promote a healthier workforce. Through these efforts, the Proactive MD team provided about 1,800 employees with valuable information on hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes.
Patients participated in raffles and received healthy giveaways, and those with chronic conditions were given advice on how to take proactive steps toward a healthier future! Thank you to the dedicated team who made these events such a success!
