I had the pleasure of doing Con-Ed skills day and saw most of the Greenville Fire Rescue crews. With us today were EMS 5, EMS 3, EMS 4, EMS 1, EMS 6, EMS 1, Engine 2, Engine 5, Engine 6, Engine 7, Engine 3, Engine 9, Engine 1, Squad 1, and Squad 2. We did scenario based cases, and some hands on skills as well. I loved the feed back and enthusiasm I got from everyone. I will do better at getting more action pics, however we had a great turn out today. This is open to all EMS providers, so please come and get some con- ed hours, work with the equipment for skills and get to know other providers. Thank you all who came out today.

Happy Wednesday, everyone. Please remember, Pitt Community College EMS Con-Ed offers a skills day every Wednesday at the PCC Greenville Annex from 9am - 4pm. We offer different scenario-based practices along with hands on skills. We offer scenarios and hands on every hour for an hour. We would love to see our Pitt County EMS colleagues to join along side our Greenville Fire Rescue colleagues and other EMS colleagues that may need con-ed hours and/or skills.

EMS is not 100% patient care. Being able to operate units on a day to day basis and emergency situations is just as important. This is the emergency vehicle operations section of EMT-B.
