Especially Children Christmas Elves.... It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

I just have to brag on our incredible after school group! These children never cease to amaze me with their creativity, energy, and big hearts. They came up with a song just for me. It was such a thoughtful surprise and a reminder of how much joy they bring into our center every day.

From helping one another with homework, to showing leadership in group activities, to finding fun ways to make our afternoons brighter, they truly embody the spirit of community we value here at Especially Children CDC.

We are so proud of them and grateful for the laughter, learning, and love they share with us daily. Keep shining, after schoolers - you inspire us all!

The school agers had a time today buying cupcakes that Malayah made for her math class. She sold the cupcakes for $.05 and a water bottle for $.04. She made sure that all of her friends had enough money to buy a tasty cupcake. Thank you Ms. Amy for the wonderful idea!!!

The staff at Especially Children not only know how to work hard in the classroom, but we also play hard! We enjoyed our downtime at Topgolf. Can’t wait for the next outing!

Especially Children CDC will be featured on WYFF Channel 4 News at 6pm, 11pm and until tomorrow's 6pm show!!! Tune in!!! Our Open House and Dedication today was a success!!! Thank you to Quality Care by Design for choosing Especially Children to be the only 'Engagement Center' in Greenville, SC. We are honored to be THE "Model Center." Your grant made this possible. We are forever grateful. Thank you to all our staff, vendors, enrolled families, new families and attendees ~ there is no Especially Children without you!!! Thank You!!! The Rock Nation Youth Department is excited to host our Back to School Bash in partnership with St. Matthew Baptist Church!

Come out and enjoy:
