Last but not least its the sacrum!!!

⚡ The sacrum is the “keystone” of your spine, linking the pelvis and lumbar region. Misalignments can cause low back tension, tailbone pain, or nerve irritation. Adjusting the sacrum helps stabilize your spine and support better overall function.
