Probate Mediation at UMC:

Probate disputes often arise during some of life’s most difficult moments—when families are navigating the loss of a loved one. At the UMC, we believe that these conflicts deserve to be handled with care, compassion, and respect.

Through Probate Mediation, families have the opportunity to:
âś… Resolve disagreements outside of court in a confidential setting
âś… Save time and reduce costly legal battles
âś… Preserve relationships by focusing on understanding and collaboration
âś… Reach solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved

With the guidance of a trained mediator, families can find common ground and move forward with peace of mind.

If you or someone you know is facing a probate dispute, mediation may be a meaningful step toward healing and resolution. Learn more about our services at www.upstatemediation.com

🌟 Family Court Mediation at UMC 🌟

At UMC, we provide a safe and supportive space where parents and guardians can work through difficult issues—like custody, visitation, and communication—outside of the courtroom.

Mediation helps families:
âś… Save time and money
âś… Reduce conflict and stress
✅ Focus on what’s best for their children
âś… Create solutions that work for everyone involved

Every session is led by trained volunteer mediators who guide families toward constructive conversations and workable agreements.

By making mediation accessible, UMC helps prevent conflicts from escalating, keeps families out of long court battles, and gives children the stability they deserve.

We loved hosting our recent Community Mediation Training, where we equipped 10 new community members with the skills to help resolve conflicts peacefully.
This free program is one of the many ways UMC serves as a resource for our community—building understanding, one conversation at a time. Congratulations to all our new mediators!
