I’m excited to share that I’m currently completing a specialization in Somatic & Trauma-Informed Yoga Teaching, focusing on Embodiment and Nervous System Regulation.

By integrating somatic tools with my existing functional nutrition and yoga teaching, I’m able to help my clients bridge the gap between ‘knowing what to do’ and their bodies actually being safe enough to heal.

Moving from fight or flight back to the center.

As a Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher, I see so many women operating in a state of chronic overextension. We are often so busy holding space for our careers and families that we forget to hold space for ourselves.

On March 28th, I am hosting Calm & Connect, a women’s wellness gathering in Greenville, SC, designed to support nervous system health.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and handpan sound healing, we provide the body with the "rest and digest" signal it truly needs to recover from the pace of daily life.

Last night, we gathered for the first Mindful Walk & Talk for Women at Conestee Nature Preserve, and it was pure heaven. 🌿

We centered our intention around the word renewal, admired the beauty of the plants emerging from the forest floor, and connected to nature and each other.

Along the way, we shared insights, relaxed by the lake, and enjoyed a mini-guided meditation with my little (but loud!) singing bowl.

On our walk back, we reflected on just how special being together for an hour felt - relaxed, connected, and present.

A special thank you to Melissa Whiteford StClair for sharing her morning journal reflections after the event:
