We are experienced licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists (SC LMBT) specializing in pain relief and injury or surgical recovery. A large percentage of chronic pain syndromes such as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, fybromyalgia, vertigo, migraines, rotator cuff dysfunction or injury, tennis/golf elbow, neck pain, low back pain, plantar fasciitis and others are caused by muscle dysfunction and inflammation. Steroid shots, muscle relaxers and pain killers are not cures. Spa massage offers relaxation but does not release long standing patterns or heal the muscles. Heidi has been a clinical massage therapist in her own practice of 12 years as well as alongside holistic minded health care professionals. Her professional training includes acupressure, thai, neuromuscular, myofascial, scar tissue management, reflexology and oncology. Her focus is integrative, utilizing soft tissue work and movement-based techniques to help people with chronic pain, repetitive injury and dysfunction improve their well-being and quality of life.
