Over the last few years i have been planting seeds. When the time is right those seeds sprout. I had a client have some negative scans. They showed thickening of the colon and nodules on the liver. She finally sprouted those seeds and cleaned up her nutrition and added a few other recommendations I made. She had another scan recently and the liver is free of nodules and her colonoscopy showed the thickening has healed.

The next two weeks are packing to move to the farm. I will no longer be teaching ballet. I will have online and in person bodywork sessions!

With mixed emotions I have decided to close the dance portion of my school. This is our last semester. I will miss teaching ballet, but my family and I will be moving to a farm in Greenville, Pa in the Spring. I will be changing the name of my business as I will focus on online health education in movement, nutrition and different tools to calm the nervous system. if anyone has ideas for the name change I welcome them. If you were a student of mine you are welcome to come for a visit and I look forward to hearing of your future endeavors.

I see my dancers who do muliple activities thrive. One other thing that is the most helpful, is not to ever walk in turnout. Walking in turnout trains the wrong muscles for gait and puts unnecessary strain on the knees, as well as not letting certain muscles load and unload. Your muscles need to be doing both their short contractions and their long contractions during gait to be fully functional!
