Good morning! I just wanted to remind and update those that don't know, starting Tuesday afternoon October 28th I will be out of town for personal time. Texts, emails, and phone calls will be answered when I get back on November 10th. If you scheduled an appointment online you can cancel or reschedule it through the email sent to you. Good evening! Just wanted to share the step by step process of booking online with the new system

-Click on "Book Appointment"

-Select whether you are a new or returning client (if you have booked before, even with the old schedules, the email you used will be recognized)

-Choose how long of a service you would like

-Pick your day and time. Highlighted days are the days with availability

-Choose if you prefer a email or text reminder & acknowledge the cancelation policy

-Enter your credit card information (it's only to hold/book the appointment and will not be charged unless discussed)

-CLICK ON "CONFIRM APPOINTMENT"

I've officially set up with ClinicSense. All existing appointments have been transferred over.
Any feedback you have I would love to hear it; ease of use, too many emails, ect.
I thank you for your patience as I figured out my next move after Schedulicity.

Good morning!
Unfortunately Schedulicity has been bought by Vagaro. As far as I can tell, all information has been transferred over. However, I don't love the new system so bare with me while I try to learn it and also try to look for a new scheduling system.

Just a reminder; I'm in a new office. Room #12

If you have scheduled with me before using Schedulicity, make sure your emails are entered correctly and/or keep them up to date so you don't miss any important announcements or updates. Schedulicity emails aren't getting delivered to everyone either because they are no longer in use or typo error. Also if all info is correct and you're still not seeing the emails check in spam.

I'VE MOVED!

Still in the same building, just a different room. I've sent out emails already on schedulicity, however, some won't be delivered because Schedulicity couldn't verify them so please make sure your emails are entered correctly and are up to date.

Instead of taking the right hallway I will now be on the left hallway. You have to go through the door around the corner which opens up to the hallway and I will be in #12 at the very end.
Please bare with me for the next week or two, I have moved but haven't settled in quite yet😅

A couple of you have said the "Book Now" button has vanished or it isn't carrying you to Schedulicity. I haven't figured out what happened or how to fix it yet but I will put the link in the comments.
