Hey! 👋🏾 I see a few new faces in here, so I wanted to reintroduce myself.😁

My name is Christine, the Founder of Christine Language Solutions (also named "CLS"), a language services agency.

After learning how to speak Spanish in high school, I began to use it more and more in the workplace as an adult. As a medical interpreter, I was able to experience the value in serving both the medical staff and each patient through my gift of being bilingual. I quickly learned that I had a gift that others could benefit from. My passion to share this gift grew stronger over the years; I wanted to find a way to help more people needing .

After spending way too much time on how/what/why/when I would do this, CLS was born in December of 2018.

At Christine Language Solutions, we aim to solve language barrier issues in a variety of ways:

✔️ Interpretation and Translation: Whether a parent/teacher meeting, or even a live conference, we would love to help!
✔️ English and Spanish Lessons: We currently have openings for individual and group lessons right now.
✔️ Corporate Trainings and Community Events (stay tuned!)

-My parents are Jamaican (no, their language isn't Spanish there😂)

-I LOVE to Dance, and even used to perform African Dancing at yearly International Festivals many years ago (I'm retired now💃🏾😂)

-I know how to say "Hello" in atleast 4 other languages, including French, Russian, Chinese and Jamaican Patois 🇯🇲

On this year's Martin Luther King Jr. Day, I have a call to action: What are YOU going to do today to keep his dream alive in 2026? For me in business, I will continue to show up for...

💡My clients who need me to be their voice,
💡My students who want to level-up in speaking a new language (English/Spanish).

Being bilingual is a gift that I'm grateful and proud to use to help, not hurt. I challenge you to spend less time online and more time checking in with your loved ones or neighbors. You never know...you may just be that special person to make their day.

On this Wednesday evening before Christmas, I decided to post a memory from one of my favorite places..The Biltmore House (especially during the holidays)! While people are finding their way around town (or their homes), I wanted to list 3 things I'm grateful for:

1. Family
2. Making it through 2025 this far
3. Community - What greatly helped me on this journey is God, and having the right people around me.🫂

As you prepare for this holiday weekend, I challenge you to take a moment to pause, breathe, and think of just one thing you can be grateful for this year.

Christine Scott, President and CEO of Christine Language Solutions, LLC, specializes in providing Spanish language services to the local business community. She desires to eliminate language barriers by helping to facilitate dialogue that can prove to increase communication and customer satisfaction. Her passion to bring cultures together stems from her time studying abroad at the University of Costa Rica, and her experience working as an interpreter in the healthcare field. As an advocate, Christine’s goal is to become a greater asset in Upstate SC and surrounding communities by increasing cultural awareness, offering tutoring services to students, and striving to create inclusive environments in the marketplace. With more than 15 years’ experience with Spanish language and foreign affairs, Christine’s passion and expertise meld together to promise an experience that is positive for both parties.
