Back pain often appears after years of strains and stresses on our body.

Remember to keep your nose pointed the same direction as your feet, as you do your daily activities. Keep your nose between your toes!

Bending and twisting doesn't seem like a big deal, but it adds up to back pain we experience later.

What is the most effective, low cost way to treat neck pain?

Well, in the Netherlands, in April of 2003, the Institute for Research in Extramural Medicine published the article below.

And, their research concluded that "Manual therapy (spinal mobilisation) is more effective and less costly for treating neck pain than physiotherapy or care by a general practitioner."

So, what does that mean for someone suffering with neck pain?

It means that manual therapy can often get you effective results at a lower cost than common types of treatment.

Your condition can often be treated at the source, without extensive testing, and an expensive course of treatments.

Is your pain more temporary than you believe?

Because pains stick with you, they sometimes feel like a burden you can't get rid of. But that just isn't true.

Every pain is a signal. It is a flashing light saying "Here's a problem".

The reason you often ignore those pains is that you don't know how to correct the problem...or even what the problem is.

Taking tests and scans and exams can take time and energy (and wallet space) that you don't have.

But the truth is that those problems often appear in the same place - your joints. The joints get inflamed, the nerves get irritated and the muscles will react with tightness and inflammation.
