Many of us are stressed. Stressed due to work, family issues, situations, exercise,... and not only just one of these things, often times its mutluples or all of them. With that being said, our shoulders, backs, necks,... feel the load.
One area that often gets overlooked is the jaw.
For some people, the source of that tension and stress actually starts at the jaw. By clenching the jaw, that can lead to a tight neck, which leads to tight shoulders, which leads to a tight back.
Through massage, the source of that tension can be released, thus releasing the other tight areas.
