Massage is more than applying lotion to the skin, working out knots/tension, or even increasing your flexibility/blood circulation.
Massage is also that reset on your mind-body connection. It allows you to reconnect with your body and truly know how you are feeling.
For these reasons, it's good to take time and sometimes focus on specific areas a little more. Especially areas that we use and abuse a lot, like our legs, knees, and feet.
Remember to schedule time for yourself. Get a massage, and reconnect your mind and body.
