Before your massage even begins, your mental state matters. 🧠✨

Rushing in stressed, distracted, etc,... keeps your nervous system in “fight or flight.”

Taking a few deep breaths, slowing down,... helps your body receive the work more fully.

Massage can calm the mind and body, but it’s temporary relief. When paired with mindfulness, stress management, and other healthy daily habits, those benefits last longer and allow the work on your tissues to go deeper.
