Today many of our staff participated in Results-Based Accountability training at Eastern AHEC.

We learned about collecting and sharing data in a way that tells a story. This is important when understanding the needs of our community and the evaluating the work we are doing to serve our community.

Just like Punch, the Macaque Monkey that has taken the world by storm, we all need a little comfort during hard times. That's why we encourage everyone to add toys, stuffed animals, or other familiar items in your emergency kit to help children and pets find some comfort and normalcy during or after a disaster. On the first Friday in February, PCHD employees wear RED to help raise awareness of women’s No. 1 killer – cardiovascular disease.

"On National Wear Red Day, raise your voice, wear red and
encourage others to do the same. Women everywhere deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated. Cardiovascular disease doesn’t define us, and that’s why we’re standing together. We have the power to change the future of women’s heart health."
