So often we tie our worth to how we look — but our lives are made up of so much more than that 🙏 Think of your life like a pie 🥧 each slice represents the things that make you you — relationships, hobbies, passions, career, and yes, appearance too.

For a long time, my “appearance” slice took up way too much space. Lately, I’ve been intentionally growing my other slices — and one of them has been Mahjong 🀄️ I’m loving my new Birdie set from and the joy this challenging hobby brings me.

Saturday marked 8 years since I took a huge leap and started Brittany Jones Nutrition Group — and what a journey it’s been!

This year I've been able to spend more time doing what truly matters to me 🙏 connecting with clients, collaborating with incredible local businesses, joining the Junior League of Greenville SC board, and being present for my precious 4-year-old.

The freedom to build a business around my life (instead of the other way around) is what success looks like for me 🙌

Thank you to everyone who has supported me through every season of this business. I’m so proud of where we are — and even more excited for what’s ahead.

I am a Registered Dietitian feuled by my passion for healthy cooking. I strive to be approachable and realistic in my work. I have evidenced my commitment to help others live a healthy lifestyle and prevent disease by completeing my B.S. in Nutrition Science and Dietetics, and my M.S. in Health Communications. Through these experiences, I bring a uniquely evidenced based perspective to wellness.
