Two of the most common questions I get are:
1. Do I need a lab order from my doctor?
2. Do you accept insurance?
If you have a provider’s lab order:
Yes, a lab order/requisition is required. Your lab testing is billed directly to your insurance by the laboratory. The mobile convenience service fee is separate and is not billed to insurance.
If you don’t have a provider:
You can take advantage of Direct Access Testing, which allows you to purchase the labs of your choice at deeply discounted cash rates, plus the mobile service fee no doctor’s order needed.
