BTS pt ✌🏽…

The wedding favors turned out super cute and the bride adorned them!! Even better, since it was family, I was able to be part of the celebration as well, which made adding my little creative touch feel that much more special!

As the chilly weather approaches most of us, the crisp air often brings not only cozy sweaters and warm drinks but also the risk of seasonal sniffles and sore throats.
Thankfully, nature offers powerful remedies to help soothe and strengthen the body.
* Sage is known for it’s antibacterial properties and can ease throat inflammation
* Oregano provides strong antiviral and immune-boosting effects
* Peppermint helps open nasal passages and calm irritation
* Licorice root coats the throat, reducing dryness and cough
* Ginger warms the body and fights off colds
* Citron (or yuzu) adds a burst of vitamin C to strengthen immunity
& A touch of honey not only adds that tasty sweetness we love but also soothes, heals and protects the throat as well.

Steep a teaspoon each of sage, oregano, and peppermint in a muslin bag or stainless steel tea ball with a few slices of ginger and break off a piece of licorice root in hot water for 10 minutes. Add a spoonful of honey or (honey citron mix from asian grocery store) before sipping slowly. This blend is the perfect comfort on a cold, breezy day especially if you aren’t feeling your best and should definitely bring you some relief, I know it has for me.
