Reconnect4Health is looking for licensed RN’s or LPN's in the Greenville, North Carolina or Leesburg, VA area that are fluent in Spanish and that have at least 5 years' experience with adult patients who have conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, diabetes, COPD, and acute cardiac conditions. This is not an exhaustive list and if you feel your experience would benefit us, we will want to hear from you. Our hours of monitoring are from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. All positions are prn or part time, remote and can be done from your home. Compact State licensure is also a requirement for the positions.

CMS is moving ahead with plans to reimburse providers for mHealth and telehealth, particularly in remote patient monitoring programs.
