I have heard that kids graduating from college today are having a hard time finding a job. Why is that?

Why do colleges push kids to think they need a masters degree?

Is the result worth it? Who really benefits?

I am 100% in favor of a good education BUT these numbers in the video make you realize college is not your only option.

You can learn a skill and make really good money WITHOUT a mountain of debt. You can grow up faster than your college friends.

Safety is not on the video list but it is an option as well. There is always a need. We connect clients with good safety people with our staffing service.

I really believe that kids that go to college, rack up tons of debt, and graduate with a degree that doesn’t help them should think about learning a trade!

Pass this on to someone that needs to hear it.

When we do these keynotes, I love to watch the different responses from the audience. Comments like; That’s crazy! That’s cool! That’s scary! Not me! That’s funny!

There are also contrasting questions like “Why would I use AI?” OR “How do I get started?!”

How do you respond? I have been all over the map myself and the Peak Safety Performance team is willing to share what we have learned.

Sports Trivia:
Who won the 100m at the 1984 Olympics? Side note... I was 15 years old.

➡️ His time was 9.99 and the world was amazed at his speed.
➡️ How many people have run the 100m below 10.00 since 1984?

🔥 If my google search is correct, 189 people have run the race under 9.99 since that time.

How can that many people be that much faster? What is the difference?
