So happy to be doing an in-person externship again in CT Oct 16-19. Our Center lost the original space it was supposed to be hosted in and we considered canceling but the good news is we found a new space. Please help spread the word! The Greenwich Center for Hope and Renewal is looking for a CT or NY EFTer to join our team.

This person will further develop GCHR’s current training programs and work to expand our program training offerings. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with and education/training in psychology/therapy, and particularly Emotionally Focused Therapy; a flexible schedule; and a proven track-record of building/managing therapeutic training programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In collaboration with GCHR’s Executive Director, Marketing Director, and Clinical Director and
Trainer, George Faller, work to develop, promote, and grow GCHR’s training programs.

• In collaboration with GCHR’s Office Staff handle all administration of GCHR’s training programs, including acting as primary contact for all inquiries and registrants for training programs.

• Work with George Faller to schedule his trainings, and identify other potential trainers.

• Work with GCHR’s Marketing Director to promote GCHR training programs to local colleges and universities as well as identify and attend potential networking events in the therapeutic industry.
This position can be remote, but in-person will be required for some meetings and all in-person training events.

Thanks to our Hope Fund, we counseled numerous clients who are struggling with work, health and family issues simultaneously. Losing family members, working two jobs (or losing jobs) and trying to manage virtual school for their children, our clients received the financial support they needed to work with our therapists on how to get through these difficult times with resiliency and fortitude.
