This funding will support our Literacy Volunteers program, helping adults learning English as a new language to build practical skills for work, family, and everyday life.

We’re grateful for opportunities to engage families in meaningful conversations about boys’ mental health.

Jill Winner, our Senior Director of Behavioral Health, recently co-led a conversation with Jaime Baumann, Manager of Clinical & Community Partnerships at the Child Guidance Center of Southern CT, for YMSL Greenwich -an organization bringing moms and sons together to make a difference.

The conversation, “What’s Going On With Our Boys – Understanding the Rise in Mental Health Struggles,” brought together 23 moms of high school–aged boys for a thoughtful dialogue about the challenges boys are facing today—and how families and communities can better support them.

Let’s keep the conversation going.

Yesterday, we were thrilled to welcome middle school students and staff members from Greenwich Country Day School into our Early Care & Education classrooms.

They volunteered their time reading with children and helping in classrooms. 💙
