Robyn has lots of helpful information.

I know we are taught to believe that behavior means something about our child's character and ultimately something about our parenting.

Behavior actually is just one teeny tiny piece of what's happening. Sure, it's what we can SEE so it's easy to hyper-focus on it.

Big behavior in the face of a small stressor isn't about a bratty, manipulative, or dramatic kid.

It's about an extremely sensitive stress response system.
