Meet our astounding December client of the month, Leslie! She has been a dedicated client for 25 years and with Amy for 27 years!! Her dedication to learning and practicing the work is amazing, even through two hip surgeries. Pilates has kept her strong and physically fit! Meet Jennifer, our November client highlight! Jennifer loves Pilates, as she says it is one of her weapons for aging. She has been practicing since 2001. She was originally introduced to Pilates after a knee surgery due to a ski injury but then found a while new perspective on what it means to be healthy and strong.
