Meet Jennifer, our November client highlight! Jennifer loves Pilates, as she says it is one of her weapons for aging. She has been practicing since 2001. She was originally introduced to Pilates after a knee surgery due to a ski injury but then found a while new perspective on what it means to be healthy and strong. Meet Giuliana, our beautiful September staff highlight of the month! Giuliana has a degree in Exercise Physiology and a passion for movement. She became interested in Pilates due to its mind-body approach to exercise and then pursuing a Comprehensive Certificate from BASI Pilates because for its well rounded approach, implementing both the artistry and the science to its approach while maintaining the essence of the works of Joseph Pilates.
