Our lovely 61 years young patient underwent a lower deep plane facelift with platysmaplasty, brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and targeted fat grafting to the tear troughs, melolabial and marionette folds.

The deep plane faceliftlift and platysmaplasty recontoured and tightened the lower face and neck, eliminating jowling and softening platysmal bands while restoring a more defined jawline. Fat grafting rebuilt lost midface volume, filling tear trough hollows and smoothing nasolabial and marionette grooves for improved cheek contour and softer shadowing.

The brow lift and upper blepharoplasty opened and refreshed the eye region, reducing hooding and creating a more alert, natural appearance. Her overall results are balanced, long‑lasting facial harmony with restoration of youthful support and volume while maintaining her individual facial identity. 🙌🏻

This closed rhinoplasty patient achieved a beautifully refined, natural nose with internal (intradermal) incisions—no external scars and a faster recovery than traditional open rhinoplasty. Using my preferred closed technique (one of my favorites because it preserves soft-tissue support and allows precise reshaping with less swelling), I refined the dorsal profile, subtly lifted and refined the tip, and restored elegant nasal harmony that complements her facial proportions.

This patient combined minimally invasive neck tightening with an upper bilateral blepharoplasty to refresh both her lower-face silhouette and her eyes — producing a cleaner, more energized appearance while preserving a natural look.

- Upper bilateral blepharoplasty: conservatively excised redundant upper eyelid skin and refined the lid fold to open the eyes, reduce hooding, and restore a brighter, more alert gaze without changing her natural expression.

- Harmonized results: by treating the neck and upper face together, the overall effect is balanced — her refreshed eyes complement a firmer jaw and neck, giving a younger, well‑rested appearance without looking “done.”
