We at Injury Solutions have been closely monitoring developments regarding COVID-19 from the CDC, WHO & other agencies. Continuing to care for our patients remains primary focus, with the respect to the seriousness of the situation. We also want to protect our staff, families and patients by acting responsibly and in accordance with these guidelines.

While our team continues to maintain the highest standards to provide a clean and safe environment for patients, we have taken the following recommendations/protocol changes into action:

- We will be open for patient care, but we will no longer be allowing visitors/reps at our facility for the next 2 weeks, or longer as guidelines dictate.

- We have increased all sanitation procedures throughout all areas of our facility. Cleaning all patient waiting room areas every 30 minutes, focusing on all high touch areas.

- We have put in place screening for potential COVID-19 patients upon and whenever possible, prior to arriving to our facility.

- We are providing virtual provider visits for those who are considered high risk, caring for those who are high risk, or those unable to be seen due to recent symptoms or exposure.

- We have asked members of our team to self screen and ask they do not report to work if they have a fever or any symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

We understand this is may be a frustrating or fearful time. We want our patients to remain calm, stay informed of new developments with the local and federal agencies, and please stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms, traveled outside the US in the past 30 days, or have possibly been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
