I recently got to do a half marathon and a 5k. I won 1st in my age group in the half and my husband placed 3rd in his. We did that one with some friends and it was so fun! The 5K we did with my work group. I placed 1st in masters and 2nd female overall. Beau was 1st in his age group. My work crew consists of a bunch of people who can sling some weight around but most aren’t runners. It was awesome seeing them do it anyway. I didn’t train for either of these like I would have liked but I was happy with how I did. It’s been a while since I’ve raced so it was nice to get a few in.

I LOVE the red light therapy at ! Especially for my aging body. It also has a vibration plate. So many good things from both of them but here are just a few.

This is probably my most favorite products. Used to stimulate lymph fluid drainage & support a healthy immune and circulatory system. I use it almost every night for my lymphatic system. Helps keep the drainage & puffiness down.

Got a half in today. Did part of it with friends then we joined in on the FCA training 10k. Beau & I really wanted to go slower but Brett & Laura pushed us & even though we were way behind them for a while we went faster. I’m thankful for a husband & friends to run with and getting to catch up with my friend Laura! It was a fun beautiful morning. 🌄

Needed that!!
I LOVE my new job. One thing I miss are morning runs. This morning before church I got a run in with my running friends and boy did I need it. Not only that but I got a double digit run in that I haven’t gotten in a while. I’m definitely not where I want to be on my pace but it’s not bad considering I haven’t ran as much as I’ve wanted. I’m in my busy season right now but I know soon I will get to run more with them. I’ll take what I can get. Thankful for it all. My job, running, my running crew. 🧡
