Do you know the signs of human trafficking? You can go through O.U.R’s training class (takes about an hour) and learn a ton! You can find the class on their website in the drop down menu. Knowledge is power—the more we know the more we can recognize this in our own communities and teach our children. I am committing to take the class this week and order several bottles of Hope!

Here's a great summer activity using your essential oils from another oil loving mama!

When my son was little, sensory activities were a lifesaver. Especially on a summer day when it was too hot in the afternoon and we needed some down time inside. One of my favorites was MOON MUD! Quick and easy to make, you can add essential oils and customize the toys to suit your kiddo. Mine loved trucks, diggers, and dinos!

Here's the recipe:
-2 cups of flour.
-1/3 cup of coconut oil (melt to liquid)
-2-3 drops of Lavender (or oil of your choice)

Mix all ingredients, put in a big bin to minimize mess (I recommend using a large towel or table cloth below to minimize mess even more... or find a shady spot outside!) and then add toys!

I hope your kids love this fun activity as much as we did!
