Hello Barn Family

I wanted to send a quick reminder to please pay attention to invoices. They are automatically sent out on the 1st of every month from Square.

Please check spam to ensure they are not going there, and you are not seeing them.

Our policy is to pay BEFORE someone rides for their lessons. The coach's do not always have access to who has and has not paid.

Please follow our policy to ensure no late fees add up on your account.

We will start assessing a $15 late fee each week on an invoice that is not paid the week of their lesson to cover our expenses. Thank you for understanding.

We understand the economy is tough right now. If you are having difficulty communicate with Diane.
