The Soda City Theatre Company is hosting a Special Needs night for their performance of Peter Pan. If you were fortunate enough to attend last year, it really was spectacular. Many of the individuals attended from the surrounding communities and made it a night out on the town!

On Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Lexington Operations chose to cover this poster with different, colored handprints and fingerprints. Each handprint represents a person. Each fingerprint represents a story that no one else can ever duplicate. Different colors, different sizes, different paths…yet here they are, side by side, creating something beautiful together. This is what Dr. King fought for.

AKA Sorority visited Burton Center in recognition of Martin Luther King Day. They spoke to us about the importance of this day, shared information about Dr. King and the significance of his speech ‘I Have A Dream.” The theme was “Sharing Kindness.” They brought materials for the individuals to create thank you cards for all of the staff and then served cupcakes. Everyone then enjoyed dancing. Thank you, AKA Sorority!!

Lexington Operations had the pleasure of visiting the West Columbia Police Department on Friday to show their appreciation in honor of National Police Officer Day.

Sharing a small token of gratitude with a gift basket and donuts to say thank you for their dedication, service, and commitment to keeping our community safe.
