Neck pain from looking down at your phone too often is very common. Here are some ways to help prevent tech neck.

*Adjust your posture: Hold your device up to eye level to keep your head in a neutral position.
*Step away from your device every 20-30 minutes to move and stretch.
*When using a computer, sit with your back, hips, and neck aligned, and your feet flat on the floor.
*Incorporate exercises that improve neck and upper back strength and flexibility. Neck retractions, chin tucks, and shoulder rolls can be helpful.
*Lie on your back to give your neck a break from looking down.
*Seek professional help.

You may be at risk of losing your Flexible Spending Account (FSA)funds.
Many FSA funds expire at the end of the year. If you don't use it, you lose it! Chiropractic, Durable Medical Equipment and in some cases Massage and Acupuncture are eligible FSA expenses.
