April is National Occupational Therapy Month! 🧡
Occupational therapy helps people of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills they need for daily living and working. This can include improving movement after an injury, building strength and coordination, adapting to a disability, or helping someone regain independence after illness or surgery. Occupational therapists focus on helping people do the everyday activities that matter most to them — from getting dressed and cooking to writing, working, and participating in hobbies. 💪✨
We would like to give a special thank you to our occupational therapist, John Walker, III, for the care and dedication you show every day. We truly appreciate all that you do for our patients and community! 👏 John Walker
