Most people know their LDL cholesterol number… but did you know it’s only part of the story?

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 👇

✖️ LDL = how much cholesterol is circulating
✔️ Oxidized LDL (OxLDL) = how much of that cholesterol is damaged and more likely to cause inflammation + plaque buildup

Hormone therapy after menopause is often misunderstood.

Conventional medicine doesn’t question insulin for diabetics or statins for high cholesterol. Yet hormone therapy is still viewed as risky—even when evidence supports its safe and effective use in the right patient population.
