Team Cate Team Cate is a page for Cate's supporters to visit and share the mission of finding a bone marrow match for our sweet girl! đź’• Jude patient in 2016.

Cate is 11 years old and a fifth-grade student at Pillow Academy. She is an avid reader, loves playing games and enjoys drawing. Her teacher describes her as very bright, curious, thoughtful and determined. Cate is a member of the peewee cheer team. Cate was diagnosed with an inherited bone marrow failure syndrome at 5 months old. After receiving care at Batson's Children's Hospital, she became a

St. In October, Cate underwent a bone marrow biopsy that identified a TP53 with 3.2% variant allele frequency. At this time, no suitable donor match has been found. While we await additional test results, an urgent search is underway to find a strong bone marrow match for Cate. If you are of eligible age, please consider joining the bone marrow registry. You may very well save Cate's life- or the life of someone else in need.
