🏡 Your aging parent wants to stay home. You want them to be safe. But who's actually coordinating all of it?

That's where an Aging Life Care Professional comes in — and most Upstate families have never heard of one.

They're professionals who act as your family's navigator: assessing safety at home, managing medications, coordinating caregivers, and accompanying your parent to doctor appointments as their advocate.

At Connections to Care, that's exactly what we do — right here in Greenville and across 13 SC counties.

Whether you live five minutes away or five states away, you deserve peace of mind. đź’™

🌷 April is Parkinson's Awareness Month — and it hits close to home for a lot of Upstate families.
Have you noticed a parent's handwriting getting smaller? A tremor that wasn't there before? A voice that seems softer lately?
These things get explained away easily. But sometimes, they're early signs of Parkinson's disease — and the earlier it's caught, the more options your family has.

🔵 Early warning signs to know:
👉 Tremors or shaking
👉 Slowed movement
👉 Stiff or rigid muscles
👉 Balance or posture changes
👉 Changes in speech or handwriting
